World45 Ltd. and Ngarua Technologies
On 31 of March, 2009, World45 has been officially amalgamated into Ngarua Technologies Limited.
World45 will continue to operate as subsidiary of Ngarua. Both companies will continue their efforts in delivering cutting edge software solutions based on multicore and high performance networking algorithms.
World45, a private company funded in 2006, through international projects and close collaboration with Sun Microsystem, established itself in the area of offload systems and high performance networking. Ngarua Technologies, a private company funded in 2008 provides extended services in the area of high-performance computing, performance optimisation and virtual machine research.
Mariusz Nowostawski and Andras Lipoth, the funders of Ngarua, with over 20 years of ICT experience, provide solid backbone of the company in the areas of engineering, algorithmic optimisations, computer science and software development.
"We are looking to provide the best value for the customers of both of the companies, and I believe that together we can achieve more than individually" said the new CEO of Ngarua, Dr. Mariusz Nowostawski.
